Amazon's requirements for not paying for warehousing fees have become higher, and the new "refund only" rule has been launched.
Amazon's new regulations for warehousing configuration fees: at least 5 boxes are required, and the products and product numbers in each box are exactly the same to waive the warehousing configuration fee. In simple terms, if you want to waive the configuration fee, the same sku must be divided into five warehouses. Moreover, the product combination and product quantity in each carton must be the same. The new policy shows that the refund only function applies to products priced below $75. Amazon also stated that the products in the refund no return solution must comply with legal, safety and regulatory guidelines. The products that do not meet Amazon's "refund only" mainly include:
① Dangerous goods
② Recalled products
③ Gift cards
④ Heavy and large items
⑤ Non-returnable products
Sellers need to note that orders that are only refunded are also counted in the return rate, and orders that are only refunded will refund 80% of the commission.
